@Members_Ljrtt4U: If you purchased the phone on ebay then it may not be intended for use in your current region, which can affect your ability to register the device to your Samsung account. Have you tried registering on the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Register (located at the top of the page). If so, have you tried scanning the QR code or barcode on the packaging to complete the registration?
