Hi guys,
I have a really weird problem.
Since last week, shortly after I updated my phone, I have had complaints from people I call to, that they hear themselves talking to me, an echo of them voice.
I have the phone from February and before that I did not have such a problem until last week.
I shook myself in various forums, but I do not find a similar problem and its solution. Please help, because it is terribly annoying. As a primary solution, I have reduced my microphone to a minimum and so the echo is very weak and almost invisible, but from the other side do not hear me very well.

This is no kind of fix for a problem this big. I bought this phone for my wife and it is the primary device she uses for work. It hampers her communication greatly. For the price I paid for this thing there should be a wide spread fix/repair or recall. At the time I bought it, it was the flagship model. It should be a perfect example of your abilities, but instead it's a really expensive P.O.S.  My disappointment  knows no bounds.

Mine has never been fixed.  Only way I can talk to anyone is with earbuds.

Hi. I am facing the exact same problem. I brought this phone brand new last week. I unboxed it. Many people I spoke to over the phone complained that they hear their own voice echo. Please help. What to do. Can Samsung do anything about it?

Where do you find the phone companion app?

Has anyone attempted a warranty repair? Samsung recommended I bring it into one of their warranty repair shops. I called this shop (ubreakifix or something) and they advised they could replace the speaker. I suspect this won't do anything but I'm at a loss right now on what to do. What a waste of $1200. Should have a class action lawsuit against Samsung for this if enough people have this issue and they won't even acknowledge it let alone pledge to fix it.

They should return our money or give us a phone that works. Having to patch a new phone is unacceptable.  You buy rebuilt junk for a third of the new price.  You don't pay new price then have it rebuilt.

I agree here.  Very upsetting for the "top of the line" device last year with no fix.

Hello

I had same issue with samsung s21 ultra phone all phone calls i made both in network and within wifi calling. I called my service provider and we did following triage steps:

1) Turn International Data Roaming on (found in settings)

2) Reset network setting ( within settings)

3) Power off phone completely (for a minute or so)

4) Power on your phone

5) Reconnect to wifi and wifi calling.

Hope fully above steps shall help . Good Luck.

I am having the exact same issue as the others below. I do not hear an echo on my end but when I speak to others they all complain they hear an echo of themselves when they speak, and it is worse when I put them on speaker. Rebooting the phone has helped but it doesn't seem to last. I thought it might be connected to the blue tooth but it continues to happen whether my blue tooth is on, but not active/connected to a blue tooth device, or off.   Any known solutions?
