Hi guys,
I have a really weird problem.
Since last week, shortly after I updated my phone, I have had complaints from people I call to, that they hear themselves talking to me, an echo of them voice.
I have the phone from February and before that I did not have such a problem until last week.
I shook myself in various forums, but I do not find a similar problem and its solution. Please help, because it is terribly annoying. As a primary solution, I have reduced my microphone to a minimum and so the echo is very weak and almost invisible, but from the other side do not hear me very well.

Your right, i turn it off disable it and I also ended other garbage app in my phone suck as bixby. Notice you cannot disable bixby you can only end it. Eventually it will yurn itself back on. I don't want any of samsung garbage in my life anymore. It make me think of cortana. I hate it. I manage to corrupt cortana file so it wont run on my PC I will look for a way to delete bixby for good. I am willing to paY someone to do it. As of now disabling your phone app seem to fix the echoing problem. Will never ever turn it back on.

Like you, I also found, after much experimentation, that turning off WiFi calling seems to take care of the problem. The other minor fix - rebooting the phone, does work, but never for more than a few days. Both my wife and I have the same phone - therefore the same problem. It's a shame that Samsung has not released a fix for this.

Same issue. The bigger question is...why is there no replt here from samsung? Why will they not fix this after so long? Is this not their forum site that is supposed to be modetated? I am very pro samsung but am disappointed here. I may have to change my opinoin if they dont fix this soon.

I am a samsung s10+ user and having same problem same questions. Why? Maybe they already have your money and don't care anymore. Maybe they cannot fix this. Samsung don't want to recall all of their product. Since it's not dangerous for your life and only affect people using VOIP call its not worth the money to make a recall on thousands and millions of these phones.

Maybe a class action would be a better fix. I wonder how many people affected by this problem. A class action could be the best way to go

My husband and I were both having a problem with it echoing for the last 6 months. Turned out it was the case that was on them causing it. Took the case off and it was fine. Put it back on and the echo was back instantly. Since putting a different case on it is fine.
