Problem with a random stored number

Can anyone help? On my partners s10e when she says hey Google text or call Ashley it brings up my old number that is not stored on the phone. Any ideas on how to remove it as its got me baffled.

Ask it to show contacts
When the page opens
Click on the three horizontal bars
Scroll down Click on
Other contacts
It should show all which
Will allow you to remove
The ones you no longer need

Hey @AshtabS9Ultra ! Could your old number still be stored on an account that is logged in on the phone? It may need deleting directly from the account, rather than the Contacts app.
