Poor quality Facebook messenger videos

Hi all. When i send a short video through Facebook messenger or WhatsApp the quality is very poor, I'ts worse on messenger. I've got everything ticked for HD as well. Never had this problem on my Huawei mate 20 pro.

Exactly... I'm facing this since I switched from Sony Z Ultra(2013) to Samsung Note 10+ what is like spaceship in compare...

Here u got options  if hi res x low bit.. lo res x high bit but when u recording phone is just saving video with some default settings... because camera in Z Ultra had just 8MPx  think Note 10+ with your S21 similar lens......... sooooo what else it could be? Anyone enyting? Really disappointed
