Phone overheated

So using WhatsApp video call my phone overheated

Is that normal it was video call

Then no apps were usable 

Is that normal I haven't had this phone long

The camera on s21 device uses a lot of resources. Try to lower the camera resolution on WhatsApp or in settings. If that doesn't work reach out to official support for help.
