Phone keeps freezing and restarting

My phone keeps freezing and restarting. I have had a new screen and motherboard. Diagnostic test revealed the battery isn't very good could this cause phone to freeze all the time?

Was the repair done by an authorised Samsung store or third party?

Either case I would take it back to them to have a look.

Could be some loose connection issues.

@Karley11 I suggest a clear cache recovery process on your phone first. If the issue still on then I would give a try with factory reset but make sure make a backup and save all of your important things.

It was 3rd party it's been happening before new screen and motherboard but is still happening

If you had a new screen and motherboard then you should've had your battery replaced then. It sounds like your ribbon cable is faulty which is another thing that should have been replaced.

The 3rd party guy is going to change battery tomorrow fingers crossed for me guys. I am not tech savy so have only cleared cache via settings individually on each app 😮

I'd never bother to suggest a third-party repair. You pay cheap; that's the result you get. I fully understand wanting to save money, mind- but some things aren't worth it.

Any update on the replacement battery?

I dunno about cheap got ripped off paying 190 just for screen but karma bit him on the ***** cos he wanted another 50 / 60 for mother board but as problem isn't fixed I have refused to pay any more money taking today for battery replacement
