Unless you angered a government or foreign country, you won't have it.

The true answer is to contact citizen lab for a device analysis. The point of the malware is that you shouldn't be able to find it. They are the ones who find it on devices of journalists and political people. Though again, unless you have a country after you, you won't have it. It's only sold to police and country hacking units to spy on people and fight "baddies" (avoiding words this forum might not like). It has been used against journalists and political rivals by some countries but if you're just a normal person, you're not going to be targeted.

Enable app protection in device care if you have it. Enable auto blocker with maximum restrictions. Make sure play protect is enabled. That's all you can really do to prevent all malware and device attacks.

My guess for you posting this is you had an email saying you were caught doing something, they put malware on your phone and they want you to pay them else they'll send the video to your contacts.
Common scam email, ignore it you're fine

The "from" part of an email is super easy to fake. Normally your email client will warn you that it noticed something fishy is going on. But if the sender address is your own email, no checks are done.

So you're perfectly fine other than someone tried to scare you into paying them
