Password for Secure Folder not working

Hello Everyone,

I have had repeated issues with my secure folder. I have already had my password reset a few times but it keeps on asking for a password to restore my data. When i enter my password (which gets me through the lock), it says that the password is incorrect. What is the way to remedy this?I have already reset my password through my Samsung account. Are there other ways to fix this? Thank you in advance.

As this is Samsung Knox I would contact Samsung support assistant before you get locked out or loose your data.
