What worse than the heating issue is the abysmal battery life. 6 hours and 39 minutes it took to drain the battery from 100 to 8% with normal usage. with my old s10 + it could easily last over a day.

I tried the ultra in the Samsung store. Took a couple of photos and it started to get uncomfortably hot. I'm glad I read this thread and went to check it out myself. Saved me a lot of frustration. I hope you guys get help from Samsung quickly.

First day and so much panicking. Change your screen resolution to FHD, lower refresh rate until phone is learning. Yes, there will be issues, yes, there will be fixes. It amaze me to see people preordering device and then complaining about it. Every single device will have some issues which will have to be fixed! If you want properly working item, wait few months and buy then.

I don't expect compromises on the top model and I'm not a Samsung beta tester.
I replaced the overheating phone with a new one.
The new piece is OK and does not overheat

Well, got it 7 hours ago, moved all my data from my s10 5g. Phone was hot for all those hours, not overheating. To reduce heat I changed refresh rate and resolution. Now phone is just little worm. My biggest concern is poor benchmark scores...I mean lower than s20! I am sure it will get good, but atm it's a worry. Heat...my s10 5g, my all notes were heating up during first days too. Nothing to worry.
