If you search the Internet you may find a zip file with that tone in it @seesawgirl
That's how I got mine. The zip file will hold many tones including the one you want.
I Google Searched …
Samsung Galaxy s7 ringtone zip file
I did this when the opener tone wasn't included on one of my Samsung phones.
Or look at places like zedge.com
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Via a zip file you'll get the original tone as someone has collated the file from their phone and uploaded it into the zip file.

I've never known a software update also include adding a tone @seesawgirl
That's never happened with any of the updates I've completed on various Samsung phone's over the years.

Yes I see this in https://news.samsung.com/global/video-get-an-inside-look-at-how-suga-of-bts-has-reimagined-samsungs-...
which also says via an * * Ringtone availability may vary by region and model.
I'm in no way refuting what's said in that but I've never seen a tone added to a phone that's been released without a certain tone in it via a software update.
Only tones re introduced in new released phone's
