I have not been receiving any one time passcodes to my phone (samsung galaxy S20+). I have seen older/similar posts and tried everything that has been suggestedwith no luck. It only started on 9/12/24. was there an update or something at that time that may have caused this? any help would be appreciated as I can no longer get into my work email.

As a process of elimination to see if the issue is with your phone are you able to pop your sim card into another phone, and then see what happens 🤔
