Today or possibly in the last few days, my battery has been draining a lot faster than usual and I found out that the issue is caused by One UI Home draining most of my battery even when I'm not actively using my phone. I came accross a forum post discussing this issue and it seems like it affects more people, but unfortunately I didn't see a clear solution there.

Is there anyone who has experienced the issue before and what did you do to resolve it?

I have just cleared One UI's cache just now, and if it doesn't help I'm going to clear its data as well.

If you go to Apps in the settings and scroll down to One UI Home you can set it to restricted battery usage and then just restart the phone- this was a suggestion online

Go to samsung care- click optimise

Clear phone cache partition:
1. Turn off the device. Connect it to the computer. Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Power key.
2. When the Android logo appears, release both keys. 3. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
4. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "wipe cache partition".
5. Press the Power key to select.
6. Press the Volume down key to highlight "yes," then press the Power key to select.

Hi there 👋

Try wipe cache partition of your phone.

Also few other things to try:

Go to settings > apps > 3 vertical dots on the corner > special access > notification access > toggle off one ui home

Also do you have a lots of widgets, filter effects, launchers etc on you homescreen? If so try to keep it simple and remove few of them, or any launches.

Clear cache and data from one ui home in apps settings.

Check if there's any updates, and if there's any update.
