Vodafone don't usually get access to the beta, probably not.

You will only get the Beta release on stock, (non carrier branded), CSC code BTU irrespective of network.

My CSC code is BTU but my SIM card is EE.

Depends on which CSC code your device is on. Only BTU is eligible.
