On UI 7 not available

It's been months and I haven't received the one UI 7 update, I don't know what to do, I don't know if my Samsung S21 ultra is fake or there is something I'm doing wrong.

Ok so you have a device that was intended for the US market which is why you may not be getting updates.

Quite a few folks from Nigeria are having similar issues.

Two ways to try to resolve:

1. Use Smartswitch.
Connect your device to a PC or laptop, use Smartswitch to see if you can pull updates through. (If you haven't had any, there might be quite a few).

2. Obtain a Verizon Pay As You Go sim, pip it in so the network finds it, then use WiFi to try to pull the updates through via settings.
