Trying to activate cards for my wallet but it will only allow numbers when I need to put in my postcode, I've tried cut and paste but it just pasted the numbers and no letters. Please help.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

What happens if you just put the numbers element in?

I.E. if you postcode was AA10 1AA what happens if you enter 10 1 or 101?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

I did try this but didn't work, I couldn't proceed or continue. Also it only accepted 5 digits and my postcode is 6, 4 letters and 2 numbers.
I need it to give me a keyboard and not a numerical pad.
