Old number in About after port

Hi people, hope someone can help.

Recently ported my number to a new network but the about section on my S21 amd the Sim Manager section still show the old number that cam with the sim.

It's not causing any massive issues but it is annoying as my contact is asking me to add the old number to my profile and when I add a new card to Google Pay I get a warning that tells me my actual number isn't the one for this mobile.

Can anyone shed any light on how this can be amended? I've contacted my network operator and they said the port is fully complete on there end so there is nothing they can do.

yeah I left Samsung after s8(iPhones before that),went to Huawei then OnePlus,now back with Samsung.
this s21 ultra will probably be the best phone for this year,but I'm terrible already looking at the mi 11 😅

haha at least mine has always been Sammy or apple, used a oneplus once but returned it within 28 days, I have had iphone 4s 5 5s 6 6s plus 7 7 plus 8 plus X XS 11 11pro Samsung S4 S7 S7 Edge S8 plus S10 plus S20 🤣

this happened to me aswell i fixed it by putting sim in iphone reboot then put sim back in samsung fixes it for some reason

including accessories and tablets I have spent about 20k since 2010 😱

🤣 pretty bad isn't it and let's be honest half the time the upgrade is minor/pointless, like I am iching for an s21 and I mean itching but in certain ways it's backwards to the S20 so it proves it's psychological.

and to add to it I do bugger all on my phone, I sit on samsung members watch c r a p on you tube and phone, that's basically it only taken about 2 photographs with the camera 🤣
