Notification Sound Not Working

Hi all,

Recently my notification sounds have not been coming through, only vibrating on sound mode. I have tried multiple ways of fixing this but nothing has seemed to work. Please advise.

Hi @Alfie19 ! Please check the internal volume controls.

To change the internal volume for different types of audio:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Sounds and vibration.
4. Select Volume.

Are you able to change the volumes here? If so, try changing it and try again.

No, I receive a notification and it only vibrates and there is no sound, this doesn't work.

This recently happened with my partners s21 ultra. Was no sound with notifications. He restarted the phone which worked. Have you tried a restart or reboot?

Yes I have rebooted it several times still nothing

What do you do when none of these things work,  I have done everything you suggested and still no notification sound.
