Notes not syncing with OneNote

Have checked all the settings and they seem fine but I cannot get my Folders in Samsung Notes to sync with Microsoft One Note. 
Any tips would be appreciated.

Have you tried to copy or move the folder to that location I can never rely on sync so I always copy and paste or physically move the folders myself
