My samsung S10 not receiving emails

Please say which app you are using and anything else which might help people on the forum assist you. For example, can you send emails, and has this problem just started? Can you use other services online with your device, such as the internet?
With some email systems like Gmail and Outlook you can log in to your inbox using a web browser rather than an email app. For troubleshooting purposes, are you able to do this?

This has happened to me on a different device because i dident upade gmail. if it works on web then you know its the app

Hi @Angeleer  Additionally  are your email sync settings correct, see these  articles for details on the Samsung e mail app and g mail  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/troubleshooting/   https://support.google.com/mail/troubleshooter/2650727?hl=en-GB 

sometimes it may be necessary to clear the cache  of the email app/ set up the email account in the application again.  Ensure there is also sufficient storage in the email account.
