Solved: News bug

I have a few news apps (FT, WSJ, Telegraph, BBC news...). When news come in, I get a warning on top of my screen and if I pull down I see the title. Then I press to read the article but most of the time I am taken to an old article that I have previously read, following a warning, as if articles get stuck. I am not sure this is clear. Has anyone else experienced this bug and how to correct it, please?

As a last resort in the same settings clear data too @cyber

You could try clearing the cache of the app @cyber

Settings > Apps > Choose theApp > Storage > Clear Cache.
