this is clearly a bug in the system UI which has permissions to disable touch at any time

Hello, tech-specialist here. The software OneUI 6,1 is not supported fully on the S21 Series because Samsung were not ready themselves launching it.
Here are the solutions:
• wait for OneUI 7 (August 2024)
• Go to the nearest Samsung Store and ask for help.

Hello Mr, AntS. I am sorry but I have to oppose you in this comment, because all the customers here are saying that their screen was indeed working properly in the OneUI6.0 and he issue started after the OneUI6,1 update.
Perhaps, it's not about the screen or anything but rather than the update OneUI 6,1 itself. There are tons and tons of other posts saying that the update is the one who broke heir phones even having an Orginal manufactured Samsung Screen.
Thanks.

I am also waiting for a response from anyone who has updated, regarding whether it fixes the issue or not. I have the U1 variant, and I am still waiting for the July update which has not been released yet.

No it does not...just confirmed.
Old original screen working, aftermarket not working only when doing the hotswap (boot with original screen, when in android press powerbutton to turn screen off. (Not the phone) then connect your aftermarket screen and that should work.) Do not power off or reboot....then you need to do it again

Thanks for the confirmation.
Probably should be looking towards other brands for a better phone. I got this S21 Ultra and I have no information whether the screen is original or an aftermarket one. It's been good knowing Samsung. I wish they treated their customers as they should.
