my Samsung Galaxy s10 is still on android 10 (one ui 2.0)

I still own a s10 but i have not received any updates since march 1, 2020 and i can't figure out what to do.

Probably because it's now an old model and isn't getting updates any longer

Which region are you in and where did you buy the device?

I'm in Europe and i bought it from a refurbish phone site

Your device may be "out of region" and so not picking up updates.

Have you tried connecting to SmartSwitch via a PC or Laptop and trying up update that way?
