Hi @kitnrob If you go to Settings-Connections-Mobile Networks-Access point Names, are mms settings listed? have the other settings been activated as already mentioned.
if all fine there try resetting the Network connections and Reboot your Device. Reinserting the sim may be another fix. if still issues you may need to contact your Network.
