Why can't I send a multi media message

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

There could be a number of reasons:

1. Has MMS been provision on your account with your network provider?
2. Do you have a spend cap on your account with you network provider and if so will the cost of sending an MMS take you over the spend cap?
3. Is MMS turned on in your device?
4. Do you have a data connection when trying to send MMS?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Hi @kitnrob      If you go to Settings-Connections-Mobile Networks-Access point Names, are mms settings listed?  have the other settings been activated as already mentioned.

if all fine there try resetting the Network connections and Reboot your Device.   Reinserting the sim may be another fix. if still issues you may need to contact your Network.
