It's the stupid bouncing blue Notification Icons on the watch 5 (pro ???) All over again.

If you actually do know it all Oh Highest Master of Tech, please tell me how to remove Ongoing App Notifications from my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 (pro my *****)

The option to remove the gesture bar is called "Transparent Hint". It is inside of the NavStar app, in the Swipe Gestures section.

Those ongoing app notifications are made to amplify your experience with your paired Galaxy devices. The music bubble is one that I've seen you complain about, and it functions the same as the media player in your notification shade.

Or, if you'd like some other options inside of the settings app you can enable the option "Enable extra gesture settings". You can then find these extra settings inside of Settings > Display > Navigation Bar > More options.
