As the Subject suggests my mobile data disconnects while my screen is locked. This started happening about 1 month ago, I think after an update.
I have a S20 which has the most recent updates installed, does anyone else have this problem happening to them as well or does anyone have a solution for this ?

Hi @Nionexis ,
Do you have any power-saving settings enabled on the phone? You can check this from the phone Settings> Device care> Battery> Power mode.

Thank you for the quick reply but I'm afraid that I don't have any power-saving modes enabled on the phone.

Hi @TessM,
I still receive the error which says "You are currently offline" and then afterwards everything connection wise restores within the minute.
Got any other idea which may cause this ?

I have just purchased A53 5G and I'm having exactly same problem with you. I typed samsung , they even connected my phone through smart tutor. No matter how hard I tried I could not find solution. Have you had a solution regarding aforementioned problem? I think it's a chronical problem and device should be changed with new one.
