HI Guys. When i was using my samsung s9 suddenly the phone got locked wth some password. I didn't set up any password. I read about this issue in the news. It happened to many people. As they said for me samsung said that there are 2 solutions.
1. Use find my mobile to unlock the device
2. Factory reset
The first option didn't work because of some network problem on the side of samsung.
Factory reset means losing all of our valuable memories in the form of photos and videos including all our data.
I am very dissapointed in samsung for this

Something similar happened to me when I tried to factory reset @DVM
It wouldn't accept my Google Password to complete the factory reset.
An employee at a Samsung Experience Store resolved this without me losing any info.
They have in house software.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
