Debes recibir una actualizacion que suele solucionar los problemas que reportas.
No obstante puedes acceder a Ayuda de la app Samsung Members y generar un informe de errores.

Tengo la última actualización de diciembre pero sigue igual. Ya he generado el informe de errores y lo he mandado. A ver si hay suerte
