@Paddy1986: I haven't seen anything like this before. Have you installed Avira Active Shield as a third party anti-virus option (as per your notifications)? If so, do the icons in the Status bar disappear when you clear the notifications? 

In the meantime, you may wish to head to Settings > Device care > App protection > Scan phone, as this feature will flag any malware or suspicious activity on your device.

It might be because you've renamed your wifi SSID?

Your phone is probably hacked or either has a virus,my advice get a new phone or factory reset.

I suspect you might have downloaded an app that is not legitimate and that has allowed someone to access your phone, what does the scan say? I notice it says one issue found.
