Internet issues

Has anyone had an issue connecting to the home Internet after a while. Had phone 2 months, home Internet will NOT connect back up. Says connected to WiFi without Internet.  I have no issue reconnected to other saved Internet like work or my parents or daughters but it just will not do it. Trued safe mode to see if that works, it won't...any ideas? Read on some forums it's been an issue with other S20Fe? Ant help  would be appreciated

@Bel73: Can you try unplugging your router at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and attempt the Wi-Fi connection again? Does this resolve the issue?

Hi Andrew, thank you, I have tried this just now and it's still saying connected without Internet. My netflix, firestick and alexa work fine so I don't think it's my Internet, I just don't know what's happened! I tried the live chat last night and they thought starting the phone in safe mode would fix it but that didn't work and can't leave it in safe mode even if that did.

Try reset network settings on your phone puts WiFi Bluetooth and mobile back to default (doesn't delete any pics etc) literally wipes all those connected via Bluetooth and wifi. You'll need to reconnect or pair up. See if that works x
