How to turn data icon off while connecting wifi

Just bought S21 and idk why my mobile data icon still appeared while im using wifi. Is this bug or something? Anyone facing the same problem? I have to turn off mobile data manually to disable that icon. But thats suck man, if i have to do it again n again

@damedayooo Hello, if you do not want the use of mobile data to be activated automatically, deactivate the option Switch to mobile data in Settings / Connections / Wifi, the three points at the top right / Advanced.
Also check if you have deactivated option 2, Mobile data only apps. All the best.

Thanks mate ☺ i did this 1st time n the icon still there. And then i restart my phone n those icon finally disappeared till now.. hope this really solved the problem

Yeh both of these are deselected in mine. Always have been and I still have the mobile data icon when I'm wifi
