How to change photos from hiec to jpeg?

Hi there just wondering  , it says un manual that I can change file format of photos etc to jpeg files. 

Anyone help? , used these phones alot but only really started with this phone due to the camera S21 ultra 5g

this is not working for me there is no box to check that I can see.  my heif was off Im stumped I have to convert everything after i import to my pc or pay microsoft for the extention
