HELP : SAV Samsung NUL NUL NUL

Bonjour à tous,

Furieux contre Samsung qui a un SAV vraiment Nul de chez Nul.

J'ai demandé une réparation hors garantie pour une S20+ (ecran cassé)

Suite à ma demande, j'ai bien reçu un mail avec une étiquette d'envoi pour expédier le mobile mais le .pdf était vide 0ko.

Depuis, plus de nouvelle et impossible d'avoir une réponse de Samsung.

Au N° 01 48 63 00 00, par chat ou en boutiques, ils sont incapable de me répondre car ils ne peuvent contacter le service support.
J'ai également alerté le support via le suivi de prestation mais ils ont tout simplement cloturé ma demande sans explications.
Maintenant, plus possible d'en faire une autre car une est déja en cours.... je suis bloqué.
Est ce que quelqu'un à un N° de téléphone pour avoir plus d'aides ?

Now, not possible to make another one because one is already in progress.... I'm stuck.

@iNono  I assume you are a French resident, if so it would be better to post on the French community as Members there are likely to have a better idea of customer service options. I assume you have the information available via Samsung Support https://www.samsung.com/fr/support/contact/#technicalsupport  We are the uk/Ireland community and would not be able to provide specialised support.
