Okay so the main problem is basically that I am constantly getting these messages that my phone storage is full and that it is mostly filled with my photos. However I have moved all my images in Google Photos and my gallery is yet filled with grey pics with exclamation mark that can't be deleted or removed in any way...like they don't exist but they take up space anyway...the phone doesn't even let me take pictures anymore with my camera....HELP!!

Hi @E-grv
If there isnt any other way to remedy the situation I would suggest to consider backing up and removing any relevant Sd card and perform a factory reset as a very last resort.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help too.
I wish you all the best with this situation.

try
"The problem is from your samsung cloud.
1. Go to settings
2. Accounts and backup
3. Select Samsung Cloud
4. Hit the 3 dots.
5. Sync and backup settings.
6. Turn gallery sync off. If was turned off already, turn it on and turn it off again.
7. You can delete photos now. Fixed "
