Galaxy - Bug after update

Hello, 

Today, I did an update for my Galaxy S10.

My phone is now blocked on the blue page "Downloading Do not turn off target". 

I tried all the differents way to cancel or restart but I sill come back on this Downloading page. 

Someone can help me ?

Usually I'd suggest a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre but they are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

You could try a hard reset but this would probably delete your stored info which is OK as long as your phone is backed up @V_Vi

Thank you, I will continue to search a solution as my phone has not a recent backed up.

If you have tried all the steps available I think that @BandOfBrothers  is right and this will need to be examined by one of our engineers.
