My free buds and smart tag arrived today within a month of ordering my phone. Well done Samsung, i thought it would take 3months by reading previous comments on here.

Good to hear. Last year when I claimed for my buds plus, they were sent within 1 week from my claim.

This time round though the buds Pro came with my phone, which was better.

Received my brilliant free gifts a bit late but I suspect this delay was due to this awful deadly pandemic causing staff absentees. The gifts are absolutely amazing and Samsung have proved again to be a top and caring company. Thank you.
