I love my phone, have had from new. It used to take perfect photos at 10+ zoom such as moon shots but now it can't find the correct focus anymore. 9.9X is fine but as soon as it switches lens at 10X it's rubbish. The lens looks clear. I've read there is a plastic film over the lens but I have had a pick at it but doesn't seem to be one. Is it a software or a hardware issue I wonder? I've started to suspect Samsung wants me to upgrade but the specs vs the cost doesn't make sense yet for a S24 Ultra. Anybody else have this issue?
