Hi @meganlydia Just to clarify it is Fast charging you have an issue with and not Super Fast charging? Are you using a Samsung charger or an alternative? The fastest you would be able to charge wirelessly is 15 watt but there is a wired 25 watt Super Fast charger. If you are only fast charging could try ensuring that just Fast charging and Fast Wireless charging selected. Superfast Charging needs to be selected if using that option.
An idea to clean the charging port however as @LiquidSnake has suggested if still issues it is advisable to wipe the cache partition. This will delete temporary files but does not affect your Data.
Follow these steps:
- Turn off the device.
- Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key (plus Bixby Key if phone has one)
- When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
- An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device.
