May I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

What issues are you facing @lickiela  🤔

Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

Some troubleshooting steps are to try another Samsung charging brick and cable.

And use a 🔦 to look inside the charging port for any build up of foreign debris.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi @lickiela  Aditionally  you can run the Diagnostic tests within Samsung Members, go to Samsung Members-Support-Diagnostics -Cable charging. If errors are highlighted would need an inspection.
An idea to also try a USB reset  if other Troubleshooting has not worked.
Go to Settings -Apps -Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' -Show system apps (toggle this on) - OK - Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' - Storage - Clear cache -Clear data, then restart your device.

if still no resolution run in Safe Mode and try charging, Sometimes can be an issue with some 3rd party apps which are disabled . Press and hold the Power Button until the Safe Mode option is displayed. More detail on troubleshooting here : https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-if-your-phone-is-not-charging/

However I am aware that in the past some customers found a solution to cable charging issues by wiping the cache partition. Steps as follows:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

if still no solution would need to contact Samsung Support/visit Service centre.
