Facebook app in portrait only

My S6 recently bought is working fine, except that the Facebook app won't rotate to landscape. Auto rotate is on, the accelerometer tests ok and other apps rotate fine. Any idea why Facebook is different? TIA

PS. I had to choose a label, so went for S9, as being the closest.

You'll need to reach out to Facebook App Development Team to see if they can advise why they have not enabled rotate.

You can reach them by going to the Play Store, locating the Facebook App and there will be an email address to contact them with.

Instagram doesn't rotate either, that's a Meta setup like Facebook is.
