Emails not saving as File s20

help!!

I'm no longer able to save emails... I click save as file and it confirms this... I go into saved emails and it isn't there.

Can anyone help??

I am unable to add my Gmail account on the Samsung email app. There is something wrong with the app I think. Samsung don't know what the issue is. They need to look into this ASAP
