Email Archive folder deleting emails

Why when I open my archive folder, my phone just automatically deletes anything I had saved there. Then, I can't locate them in the trash bin?

Hi @Ms32265. What device are you using to access your emails? Are you able to check if you can view the archive folder using a web browser when checking your emails?

I'm using my Samsung Galaxy S9. When I needed to retrieve an email from archive, all of them disappeared after I tried to open it. They didn't go to the trash bin.
