Ebay notifications not working

Since having the Samsung S21, I do not get eBay notifications until I open the app.

I have checked its not sleeping, I have checked notification settings, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and dont a full factory reset on my phone. It's highly annoying and the only app that I'm having notification issues with. Please help!

Question... did you transfer the data from your old phone to your new phone.

Yes via smart switch

I got a new s21 about 4 weeks ago and used smart switch with my s10, but it was WiFi and I have no problem's with ebay notifications

First time I did wireless smart switch, second time I used a cable.
