Dust particles in rear camera

very dissapointed, how is this possible in waterproof phone. I dont think guarantee will cover this.

The phones are water and dust resistant not "waterproof " Unfortunately so dust and water can get into them in some cases.

You can ask at a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre if they can assist.

Is the dust affecting your photo's ?

Do you mean under the glass of the rear camera itself or just the small gap around the camera bump? The gap around the camera bump let's dust in to some extent, but doesn't reach the inner hardware of your device.

yes. not sharp at all compared to wifes s8 photos. almost like someones touched the lens from inside.
