Does anyone know that can help me with fingerprint log in? It's not working and when I put my phone on it goes straight into my phone without a fingerprint log in.

You maybe using smart lock, check in settings then lock screen. Smart lock unlocks your phone in trusted places like at home. That could be the reason your finger print scanner isn't coming up.

Yes I tried that too. I have turned to off. But still no joy. It really beginning to annoy me as to why it isn't working when I have been through all the correct steps. May have to ring up Samsung or someone. Thank you anyway x

It would frustrate me to, considering this is your security for accessing your phone. You can get help through this app. Go to get help at the bottom of the main page. From there you can chat with someone. Saves the long waiting on a phone call. Hopefully they help you sort it.
