Display Setting -> Screen Timeout: Can not have more than 1 min

Hello everyone,

I am trying to increase the timeout from the Display settings. I only have 3 options: 

15 seconds

30 seconds

1 minute

Then I have the following sentence:

Other options (not shown here) have been disabled by your administrator. More details.

When I click on that I can see the following message:

Action not allowed. You do not have premission to perform that action. Contact your IT administrator for more information. 

That is my own phone by the way.

I know, I forgot to mention that I working in Northampton College at the moment and they are using a company portal app. That app has access to all the following actions that I am attaching .? Is that normal ?
