Disabling recycle bin

Does anybody know how to disable recycle bin in the gallery on a Samsung Galaxy handset I had it disabled but after installing the latest update it seems to be switched on as on as default and I want to disable it

After the last update, there is no way to disable the recycle bin.

It's so frustrating when an update ends up you having less control over the device then you did previously and thank you for replying

that´s one of the reasons i switched to apple, now my only galaxy device is my tablet because it can be used as a drawing tablet for windows
