HI @WBENSTOCK I would say it is advisable to put some apps in deep sleeping mode, it will save on Battery and Data. This is more akin to hibernation and Notfications and updates will not be received until the app is manually opened. However you do need to a bit careful of the apps you put in this mode. I certainly choose to put some app in sleep and deep sleep @WBENSTOCK
It has the ability to save some battery as this lessens background activity, however I do this to also stop as many notifications coming through too.
