Date when taking pictures

When I'm taking pictures no dates comes up on the photos I thought it did automatically:( also on the details it dosnt give the right location where I took that photo.has anyone got any ideas please.ive got galaxy s21 ultra thanku in advance

When I take a picture then when I look at it in Gallery and tap on the picture then swipe up the date is shown at the bottom of the photo along with it's file size.

I believe there are apps available in the Playstore that allow Time and date stamps such as TimeStamp Camera etc.

In regards to location then have location tags turned On in your camera settings and look at the location settings in your phone @tanyastorm
