Hi all, wondering if you've checked compass on your S21 Ultra, mine doesn't point the right direction and calibration doesn't help. See pictures attached:

Same issue on my S21 Ultra 5G.

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

Current Devices:
  • iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple
  • Samsung Galaxy Buds+ > Model: SM-R175.

Thanks for replying. How are you doing that? I really need the compass to work.

It was a nightmare dealing with Samsung online shop team, it took more than a month and dozens of emails to get them agreed on exchange, but my model has been out of stock. It's nearly the end of 2nd month since I raised the concerns with them, but I'm still waiting for the stock, I was asked to keep checking their website for stock back and inform them to arrange the replacement... ridiculous

Did you manage to get a replacement? Mine has the same problem making navigating with GMaps so frustrating...

Exactly, annoying. No, the replacement has not yet been arranged as they've told me it's not back to stock. When did you purchase your phone? Im just wondering if we are in the same batch. Mine was manufactured in mid January.

I did not purchased directly from Samsung. I bought it on March. How can I see the manufactured date?

Download Phone Info SAM from Google Play, it will tell the date of manufacture

Oh no, it appears to be their problematic quality control... We might need to report the issue together to bring their attention

I don't think it's anything to do with quality control and I don't think it's a hardware defect. It's likely software related.
